Booking Conditions

Bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own pool towels. The house is cleaned before your arrival and we ask you to leave it in a reasonable condition on departure. A cleaning service is available. The gardens are extensive (16 acres), and whilst it is very child friendly, we ask that you take responsibility for small children at all times. We ask you to abide by our no smoking policy indoors and poolside. We are also unfortunately unable to accommodate pets.

Accessibility:

The downstairs of the barn is wheelchair accessible, with a WC and wet room suitable for people with mobility problems. The cottage would not be suitable for a wheelchair user due to the layout of the bathroom; the WC would not be accessible. Both properties have bedrooms on the ground floor.

Booking Notes:

Please see the availability calendar or check with the owners directly by phone or email. We endeavour to maintain the calendar so that it is correct at any given moment. Bookings are generally weekly from a Saturday to Saturday, arriving at 4pm departing at 10am. Although we can be more flexible out of high season, when we will also happily consider taking bookings for long weekends and short breaks.

A deposit of 25% will secure a booking, and a statement will be sent showing the balance outstanding along with detailed directions on how to find us. The remaining balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before arrival. If less than 8 weeks remain before your arrival, then the full rate is payable at the outset.
